Intensity Club once again held the Annual Step-Up Competition last January 31, 2020, Friday at Don Bosco Academy’s gymnasium. The competition was open to all schools around Pampanga, where they were given the chance to showcase their talent in dancing as they fired up the stage.

The schools that competed were: Claro M. Recto Information Communication Technology High school (CMRICTHS), Mabalacat National High School (MNHS), Bonifacio V. Romero High school (BVRHS), University of Assumption (UA), Angeles City Science High school (ACSHS), Systems Plus College Foundation (SPCF), Republic Central Colleges (RCC), Holy Angel University (HAU), Chevalier School (CS), Westfields International School (WIS).

After grooving the stage, SPCF’s Salin Lahi gained the highest score which declared them as the Champion of the Step-Up 3 Dance Competition. HAU placed 1st runner up while CS reached 2nd. All of them received a plaque and a certificate respectively.

Upon garnering 1,500 likes on their promotional video posted in DBA Performing Arts League Facebook page, UA’s Hiraya Dance Troupe won the People’s Choice Award. SPCF’s Salin Lahi will go back again next year to defend their title and keep the revolving trophy in their hands.
