Mabalacat City – Don Bosco Academy’s YouthFest Concert held last February 1, 2025, brought the house down with an unforgettable night of live performances headlined by the legendary Parokya ni Edgar, alongside a stellar lineup of rising OPM artists Dionela, Over October, The Ridleys, Sugarcane, and Similar Sky.
The concert served as one of the highlight events of Don Bosco Academy’s 69th Foundation Days celebration, filling the St. Francis de Sales Auditorium with thousands of students, alumni, and guests. Each act brought their own flair and emotion to the stage— from Dionela’s heartfelt performances to The Ridleys’ soulful tunes, and Sugarcane’s energy that kept the crowd on their feet.
Parokya ni Edgar, known for their timeless hits and humor-filled performances, capped off the 7-hour long concert with a powerhouse finale. The band, whose iconic songs such as “Harana,” “Inuman Na,” and “Your Song” defined generations of Filipino music, gave Bosconians a nostalgic yet electrifying ending that left everyone singing along.
The night also became a celebration of youth, music, and unity— values that Don Bosco Academy upholds through its vibrant campus life. The event highlighted not just entertainment, but the artistry, creativity, and camaraderie of today’s youth.
This year’s YouthFest proved to be another milestone for the Bosconian community— a night of pure OPM pride, shared laughter, and unforgettable melodies.
